Almoayyed Safety Industrial Center Has Signed a Joint Venture Agreement With Emm International B.v. Netherlands

Almoayyed Safety Industrial Center (ASIC), a division of the Almoayyed International Group (AIG), and the leading auto refinish solutions provider in the Kingdom has signed a joint venture agreement with EMM International B.V., Netherlands to promote auto refinish non-paints and associated products in Bahrain. Mohammed Almoayyed, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Almoayyed International Group (AIG) and Jeroen van den Berg, General Manager Export & Benelux, EMM International B.V., Netherlands, signed the agreement during a technical seminar event organized at the Gulf Hotel, Gulf Convention Center on 22nd February 2016.

EMM International B.V., Netherlands, is present throughout the world and headquartered in the Netherlands. Besides having their own branches in many countries, EMM International also collaborates on a joint venture basis to market their products. The company’s core focus is the development, manufacture and distribution of products and disposables for all sectors that use paints on a larger scale. This includes, handy disposables such as customized cups, practical tools and robust extraction systems. EMM International has invented almost forty new and innovative products over the last three years, for important sectors like the vehicle repair market, ship & yacht building and industry. Company brands include, Colad, Hamach, Ronin Tools and Tander and a range of products under private labels.

More than 75 key decision makers and body shop managers in Bahrain who were also provided with insights on the technology, the technical solutions and the competitive advantages of EMM International attended the seminar. The seminar was also a great opportunity to exchange opinions and expertise regarding auto refinished paints & associated products.
